cheese, jalapanos and elk. whats not to like. i like the cheese in it. 
i was just talking to my wife after seeing this great post. i love italian sausage, breakfast sausage, brauts and hot dogs. it was be cool to make my own. need to start doing a little research...... 
I was thinking the same thing Sparky. I told my wife yesterday that a sausage stuffer would be a good gift. I'd like to make some bauernwurst. I love the stuff, but have to drive 45 min to get it and they don't always have it when you get there.
