I had asked Classicrockgriller if he would pick up a couple of things for me when he went to Houston. They arrived today along with some extra goodies he snuck in there for the kids.



Quick rundown of what was in the box
Sodium Erythorbate
Potassium Sorbate
Trehalose
Brifisol 450 Super (Sodium Tri Poly Phosphate) Oh hell make it simple Sodium Phosphate
Some Fiberous casings to try
15 bean Cajun soup mix
Ham netting
Angelo's BBQ Rub (From a local restaurant)
John Henry Raspberry Chipotle seasoning
Box Tops For Education boxtops
Assorted Mexican candies for the kids.

Thanks A Lot Sonny!! The kids are loving the candies! Dad is too! The chili powder covered watermelon suckers have been voted Logan and Dad's.  ;D

I'm dying to get some of the John Henry's. can't find it at supermarkets. Not even in H-town. Most likely will have to order online. Would you happen to know where he got it at?

Usually I can't find the cool stuff - but, I can get John Henry's at my local Rainbow grocery store! Good stuff!

Mike he stopped by John Henrys store there in Houston. He took us over there when we went down to visit him last summer.
