Hey, Bryan here from Cedar Rapids Iowa. I've been an avid BBQuer for years and bought my first smoker 4 years ago. Was steered over here by a friend from another site and am already recognizing many familiar faces. I work 2nd shift in the Chemistry lab of the worlds largest cereal plant so getting into more precise smoking and sausage making is right up my alley. I just got a mid sized older fridge from a neighbor so I'm ready to take the leap into dry curing. Wish me luck.
