Wife wanted something good on the grille
« Reply #-1 on: May 30, 2013, 09:16:50 PM »
been really busy and have not had time to post.. sorry. Wife called me at work and said I want something grilled tonight.. welp ok!
Started with a rib eye for me rubbed with BP garlic salt and BP jalap on her chicken breast
[imghttp://
Some shrooms into a cast iron pan with zucchini and garlic evoo in the foil while the chicken cooks. Steak is in the warmer box catching smoke.
[imghttp://
Gonna finish the steak with some happy ending and the chicken with some Guiness bbq sauce.
Mak hit 500 time to cook the steak
Only got a pic of the chicken plated... my middle son whos 4 was clawing at the steak plate... love it!  Zucchini was topped with parm cheese.. yummy

Thanks for looking!
