Haven't been to active for a couple of weeks. Been busy at work. I know this is not BBQ but something to dive back in with.
Got some shrimp, sausage, and chicken. Fresh garlic, green onion, left over white rice, eggs, low sodium soy sauce and sesame oil. Put it all together and I got this.
I cooked the chicken separate then took it out and put the sausage in. I then put all the animal pieces in and followed it with the rice and the liquid seasonings
. Followed by the green onion last. Here's a couple of pics.
