Will thawed ribs keep a week?

Took some spares out of the freezer.....now I won't have a chance to cook them.  And I am out of town all week

Can I re-freeze them? If not, will they keep until Saturday?

if they were defrosted in the refrigerator and not at room temp. it should be ok to refreeze ( I do that occasionally)

If defrosted @ room temp need to cook

ribs thaw out pretty quickly......better safe than sorry.......just sayin............

How old were they before frozen? You need to add the amount of days they were around before being frozen originally.

You can re-freeze again but it will change their texture.

Also give them a smell test before cooking. If the cryovac package is expanded or they smell funky throw them out.

If you have some Patent Pending TendRub however that will bring them back to life
