I just want to wish all the Daddies out there a Happy Father's Day. If you still have your Daddy take time to do something special with them. If you're like me and lost your Daddy years ago try to remember the good times you had and the things he taught you to help make you the person you are.
Daddies are very special and too many children are growing up without out the love, discipline and role model of a Daddy. I read where in Richmond,VA 60% of the households are single parent and 80% of the black households are. That's really bad for society because Daddies are so important.
I'm going to grill a couple of good looking steaks, taking into practice some of those myths we read about the other day. I'll bake some potatoes in my SRG and then convert them into mashed potatoes with caramelized onions, buttermilk, and sour cream...and oh yeah...some butter. Y'all enjoy yourselves and your families.
