The other day I saw something called Pork Wings on TV, which was pork loin cut in thin slices and wrapped in bacon. Originally it it baked and then fried like chicken wings, so I guess, that's why they're called paor wings. I seared them first over direct heat, then cooked them until they were done over indirect heat and glazed them with maple sirup.
Then was burgertime again: classic burger with toasted bun, In-N-Out-spread, pickle, tomato, chopped raw onion, patty #1 with cheddar, onion confit, crispy bacon, patty #2 with cheddar, ketchup sauce.
