Since I RTV sealed the top and bottom vent and the also the ash pan and main unit with nomex tape I wanted to check charcoal usage.
I added
2 pounds of Royal Oak Lump, installed the Smoking Stone and let Rock's Stoker run the temp of the Char-Griller Kamado.
Under very windy stormy conditions and me still learning vent settings it
lasted 6 hours and 10 minutes.
Left over to add to the next cook.
BTW, I am still learning how to use the vents while using the Stoker.
Any advice or hints would be appreciated.
