Cleaned out the frig....
« Reply #-1 on: July 10, 2013, 10:43:34 PM »
Trying to find something for dinner so Supreme Commander and I cleaned out the frig.

Some chicken, sausage, apples, pineapple, yam (nuked till partly done), cauliflower, squash. Not enough of anything but a little of everything.

Cut it all up into pieces (little smaller than doing ka-bobs), spritzed with butter and sprinkle with rub.
On the GMG DB at 400 for about 25 minutes.

Dang, must admit, hope we have more leftovers in the frig next week as there wasn't anything leftover from dinner.
Everyone is good at something....
I just happen to be a good bad example.

OOPS

By the time I figured out this was something that was actually pretty good we had eaten it, hence no pics.
Maybe next time.
