1st "experimental" cook on the vintage grill
I thought I'd do a chicken, can't mess it up
scorched the skin on the breast side in the 1st 30'mins
dang, this rascal got hotter than I thought
using natural lump oak charcoal and some hickory chunks
90'mins !! to temp
need to let it get to temp next time before I put in the meat
sure did taste good
