I had a new a/c system installed y'day so I cooked up some ribs for the two installers. Terrible looking photo, but they tasted good. There was only three left and I just did those in
The ribs in the top of the photo were seasoned with my rib rib. The bottom ribs were seasoned with McCormick's Grill Mates "Molasses & Bacon" rub and some granulated garlic, put a touch of bourbon bbq sauce on them about 20 minutes before they were done. Both were smoked with hickory pellets.
Also served them pre-cooked frozen/thawed pulled pork, potato salad, guacamole & chips. Those two boyz could pack away the food!
That Grillmates and garlic had a nice flavor
