I wish I lived on the left coast to get really fresh baby artichokes but these work well for an appetizer or side dish.
Parboiled then smoked on the Yoder.
Served with a chipotle aioli...
On the Yoder (350 degrees F.) on Grill Grates with chopped garlic and olive oil
About 20 minutes later... This is going to be nice! Shaved some fresh parm on top.
With some butter for dipping
