New Toy! Yes I'm hooked

While talking with Tenpoint5 the other day the subject of sausage came up.  he ask how my sausage making was going and I said good but the stuffer that I inherited from my father was just to large for me at this time so I went looking on the net for a Grizzly brand stuffer.

This is one Tenpoint5 uses and really likes plus a 5 lb stuffer is all I need for now.  So I went looking on the net and found most stores carry them and the price was the same 85.95  but then I came across the Gander Mtn site and found this .  It's a 5 lb stuffer that looks exactly like the Grizzly stuffer so I went and picked one up for 79.95 (on sale 129.95 reg)   So far from what I have seen I like it and will be making sausage soon.  Still dealing with knee issues right now    But in time that will pass and I'll be ready to stuff sausage!!!!

No, but grinding the meat does keep me on my feet which I can't do right now.  Give me time I'll be back up and running!  I also have a new mod for my pellet pooper just can't do the work yet    But that to will get done!

Well Tommy you have now delved into the sausage danger zone!

Make sure you clear out some of Kimmie's clothes in the closet so you have a place to dry them sausage rings
