Today's intent was to grill our Fine Swine & Bovine rubbed pork chops over charcoal. Well, the fair morning turned to a windy and cold afternoon, and then the SNOW came! Now I'm willin' to take one for the team but not outside tonight! So how to cook these chops that have been dancing with FS&B since yesterday? Hey let's get the La Cotta out! So it was....Pork Chops a La Cotta, rice, mixed veggies, and a salad. The chops were so tender, they could have been cut with a spoon. Eaten while watching the snow fall.........
