Picked up a couple of 2 lb Jimmy Dean Original Pork Sausages at Sam’s Club the other day and proceeded to cut them in half. Vacuum sealed 3 lbs while keeping one aside for dinner. Visited the Jimmy Dean website and found this simple Stuffed Pasta Shell recipe. Been a while since we enjoyed some Pasta in any form so this was a welcomed change.
