Normally I just say "I'd eat it," and I probably would.  Feta is my breaking point though even when done right.

Yes!!  He is an absolute sweetheart despite his occasional culinary-creativity-gone-awry!    Thankfully he had made the entire tub for himself, knowing he'd be the only one eating it, so I didn't have to have that awkward "Maybe I'm not that hungry after all" conversation.   We have 'fend for yourselves' nights, and this was just his way of not going hungry, bless his heart.  :) 

He brought some in to his work for lunch yesterday, and his whole crew begged him not to eat it in front of them.  :) 

Hey with some sriracha to cover that it may just be good!  8)

There might not be enough Sriracha in the world to redeem those eggs!
