Great looking steaks!
Were you happy with the amount of smoke flavor you got with a one hour smoke? I have tried the exact same smoke method with my RED, using the AMAZ-N-Tube with pellets. When I have tried this, the smoke flavor was only a hint. I thought about doing the tube longer, but haven't.
I agree with you on doing the steaks on the RED. With the high heat on the RED added with Grill Grates, that is the only way to do steaks for my tribe. In fact, it is so good that way, that we very rarely order steaks out even, at the high end restaurants. It is never as good as home.
BTW---Jaxon--I got a very cheap propane torch (about $25) at Home Depot and it works like a charm igniting the pellets.
