frozen rubbed vs bare ribs

One rib rubbed and frozen. The other just frozen.  Rubbed both just before they went on.  Here ya go.











I couldn't taste a difference. Both were good. Nine bean casoral the wife made was really good.

Did you put the same amount of rub on before cooking?  I would have expected at least a stronger rub flavor from the one that was double rubbed.  They look great, BTW.

Looks good from here. I've done frozen butts with great results so I guess the ribs would be great
