Did my first round of legs tonight with my new racks, seasoned with lemon pepper. They turned out great but I'll have to call them unicorn legs cause we ate em up before I thought to take a picture. I do have some questions about how everyone else does their legs in the SRG using the leg racks.
1. Lid up or down?
2. Temp, hi, low, or in the middle?
3. Do you turn the legs in the rack or leave them facing the same way for the whole cook?
4. How long does it usually take on average to finish?
