Today for a late Easter lunch I cooked a pork loin , bacon wrapped asparagus, roasted taters with onion and bacon.
Half of the loin got a good slathering of Carolina treat cooking sauce and the other half just got cooked naked. The loin turned out great! Tender and juicy. I cooked this at 260 for 3 hours burning apple pellets. Here's a few pics of how it turned out.

Thanks guys! For the money it's hard to beat a pork loin. There's enough leftovers between the two halves to feed all of us!
