2.5 lb tri-tip, marinated in Italian dressing with a splash of worshishire for 5 hours.
Smoked for 30 min., then in fridge while skillet taters & valdalia onions, roasted corn, & grilled zucchini cooked.
Tri -tip seasoned with Lawry's , pepper & garlic & grilled over high heat till internal was 120F & rested 10 minuted.
Very tasty, came out perfect rare.
