This was an all Mak cook tonight.....in the rain, wind, and 38 degrees
First Mak cook since Thanksgiving. Note to self, don't leave pellets in the hopper all winter. Two flameouts to work through the bad pellets.

Beef ribs. Thanks to the folks for the suggestions on prepping. These came out really good. Used a bolder rub then I normally would, but needed it to cut through the rich meat.
Wingies with JH Sugar Maple rub. Love that stuff on wings.
Taters. Somebody posted this here....so I borrowed. Taters, onions, bacon, and cheese. Not possible to not like these.
And corn bread.
