I love grilling and use the Char Broil Infared Heatwave. I also use the Big Easy, although not as much as I should.
I like to grill year round, even in the winter with the snow and sub zero temps. Just takes longer for the grill to heat up.
Now that spring is finally here, I am looking forward to doing an all day long smoke on some ribs and brisket!
