Got busy with doc appts with MIL and this got pushed back. Doing an overnight with a well marinated CT butt.
150* for 2 hours to get some smoke then bump to 225.

No FTC, Just foil on the tray and a 15 min rest before pulling by hand.



Real hand pulled pork, no claws no rakes or something on the end of a drill.



Clean bone pull.
