Always good to have a back up plan Seems the bradley smoker is having some technical difficulties  >:(

So I got Miss piggy going to finish the cook. It would seem a man can never have enough smokers  ;)

Got home from picking my son up from school and the peep peep from the PID was going off meaning the Canadian bacon was done. The PID shut the smoker down at IT 152.
Cut one in half and sampled a piece. Darn good with that coating of crack pepper and garlic.

No it was a left over from Hi-mountain jerky seasoning before I new better  :-[ 
Been using it up in different recipes just to get rid of it. I had a box full  :o
