Ham Steak on the SRG
« Reply #-1 on: June 02, 2014, 08:46:22 PM »
I needed a quick meal tonight and pulled out a sliced Smithfield Ham Steak, usually I just throw it in a skillet to put heat it up and put a little color on it but tonight I figured I would try it on the SRG instead. I have to say it was quick, no chance of drying it out like you can do in a pan, added some microwaved Stouffer's mac & cheese and spinach soufflé and it was a super quick easy cleanup dinner. I don't know how many of you already do this but I liked it and will do it again.

Looks fantastic!  We can't get Smithfield up here, and I sorely miss those hams - will need to order from them soon.
