Big Boy load of sticks yesterday.
« Reply #-1 on: June 15, 2014, 12:11:56 PM »
Did a 20 pound batch of sticks yesterday.  First time for a big load of stick in the big smoker.  Used to only be able to do a 5 pound load in the Bradley.

All of the ingredients mixed up ready to dump in the meat.  ECA in bowl is added after meat is mixed up.

All mixed up.  I need to get a Kirby mixer, my hands got tired. ::)

Showing 3 rows of sticks.  The lengths were cut at 36 inches and draped on dowels.

Have plenty of room left over.  Could have made the lengths a heck of a lot longer but I was so used to making them 36 inches to fit in the Bradley.

They just came out of the smoker and went in the fridge overnight.

Enough ain't enough and too much is just about right.

Nice looking batch Jim.
It is kind of nice to crank out a larger batch for the effort. They sure look good. I could help you with that mixing. What flavor did you go with??
