Dinner tonight will be baked breaded zucchini and baked breaded potato wedges. For the squash I will give it an
egg wash then dip each slice into the Italian bread crumbs. I am going to add some garlic pepper (not shown) and
Herbes De Provence and the shredded cheese to the bread crumbs. For the potatoes I will dip in olive oil and then
dip them in the same bread crumb type mixture. I will be baking at 410 degrees for about 30 minutes.
(Yes I do know how to use a regular oven)
The chicken thighs were injected this morning with the butter and jalapeno mixture. I then seasoned them with
Sweet Money and put them in the refrigerator uncovered. The butter/jalapeno mixture is fairly hot and I know my wife
wouldn’t like them without the sweetness to knock down some of the heat.
Zucchini and potatoes are ready to go into the oven.
Thighs were put onto the Weber Performer, using KBB with a chunk of cherry wood. Cooking at about 400 degrees
tonight.
