I took advantage of the Charbroil SRG deal on HSN on Father’s Day.
I couldn’t pass it up for 145.00 plus shipping. It arrived this morning
(as they were back ordered) and it took me about 15 minutes to unwrap
the packing and another 30 minutes to put it together. The instructions
really were not too much help!

After a 15 minute burn off I decided to see what the temp was. By the time I got my camera in
focus it had dropped from 613 to 600. Still plenty hot enough to sear some steaks or burgers!
Seasoned and ready to cook on! Just need to decide what I am going to cook tonight on it! Really
thinking just some burgers and Conecuh sausage for the first go around.
