I was busy packing up my lasted batch of Kimchi. When I remembered I had some Mad Scientist BBQ Sauce in the the fridge that needed testing. I also just happened to have 3 racks of St Louis style ribs in the fridge. So I seasoned them up with some John Henry's Pecan rub and put them into the Treager.

There was NO FOIL harmed in the making of these ribs! Except for the foil lined sheet pan I brought them into the house with.
