I was so excited to come back from our UK trip and ask you all if anyone knew about British Style bacon, since I was a little befuddled with what cut of meat it is (it looked like someone glued a bit of Canadian Bacon to a couple inch strip of 'real' bacon). Then I rather accidentally came across a nice little article about it, and thought I'd share on this thread!

Some black pudding, poached eggs on top of a little potato pancake thing, grilled tomato, local pork sausage,, and the 'rashers' of bacon. We got so spoiled having this kind of thing for breakfast every morning! I tried to put in my order with James this morning, and he roundly refused to indulge my spoiled rotten butt.
