grills girls! The results are in. Before we get to the good stuff, I have to say that this little cooker is fantastic! As long as it holds up, it'll be WELL worth the money.

All of the steaks were started on the Pit Boss, to get some wood fired flavor, at 100 degrees each was plated and awaited their fate in the searer of choice. I ramped up the PB and opened the gates of hell to let the flame sear mine
We ALL immensely enjoyed our steaks. The Caveman can cook the steak as well as sear. As you see in some of the pics, I lowered the steaks away further from the heat to allow cooking more so than searing.
If you're on the fence about this little gadget, just go ahead and get it while the rebate is in effect.
I wanted to take more pics but I had 2 different smoking hot cookers to tend to, I was lucky to get what I got, lol!
