My wife can turn out some pulled pork in the Crock Pot that is as good as you get in a lot of BBQ joints (I will leave you to determine how good that is), but not as good as low and slow smoked BBQ'ed pulled pork from a real BBQ joint. I would imagine these ribs might be as good as some of the ribs you get in a chain restaurant, those fall of the bone, sloppy with sauce ribs that lot's of folks think is the only way to have ribs. Personally I don' t like fall of the bone ribs, I like some tooth to mine. I also don' t like sloppy wet ribs. I like dry ribs with sauce applied after cooking if at all.
