So I decided to poach the West coast slawsage and then cook them outside on the Electric grill. I stand by this recipe as they were Awesome!! That does not happen often
Here's the rest of the pictures.
Bring a pot of water, splash of oil and salt to a rolling boil and put the slawsage in the pot and shut the heat off, wait 8 minutes and the Internal temp should be 160° F.
Rinse in cold water for 5 minutes
Take out of water and put in refrigerator for a hour or take directly to the grill
I was feeling lazy tonight so I used the electric grill...
All done and really good!!
